Best hotel , Position is exactly at infront the sky slope . Spa center perfect for adults and children. Food excellent. Services 5* . Entertainment with live music and Apres Ski with Dj set very nice . For Shure I will come back

Perfect location and really nice staff, but only Bulgarian waiters and waitress, kitchen and cooking is not the strongest side of this property, the cook must have cooking courses and also there was a Greek waiter in the restaurant, who aboslutely doesn't know what exactly is "customer service".As four star hotel there is too much to reform.At the bar there were also nice people working and Bulgarian staff, nothing else worth it!

Nice rooms 2 bathrooms but only one had a toilet beds are very comfortable, had a safe, tvs, plenty on lights/lamps, table and chairs and a lovely balcony. There is an inside and outside pool, spa, jacuzzi, steam room and a gym, breakfast was great plenty of different options to choose from and the veiws of the mountains are gorgeous. There is also the Olympic pool across the road and the slides are amazing there. 100% reccomend this hotel loved the stay here and will definitely be coming back

We stayed in High Rocks room, so it’s modern, comfortable, clean with beautiful view. We slept there very well. It would be great if there was a kettle in the room. The staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is delicious, but I don’t like their coffee. There is a problem with small parking but we find the place in the garage. It is good place to visit, trekking and relax. I think it is amazing in winter.

Overall nice hotel but: - The breakfast isn’t good with only eggs and bacon as an option for hot meal, the rest is bread, cold cuts and not really good pastries. Selection for vegetarians is very poor. And the staff in the restaurant is not friendly. - Rooms are clean but feel like could be maintained better. Also the room is really missing a kettle especially since it’s a quest to get hot water outside of breakfast hours. - The queen size bed is one frame with two mattresses. - The outdoors area of the spa doesn’t even have a bench or table to put your stuff. Also the amount of chlorine they put in the pools and jacuzzi is outrageous. We sat in jacuzzi for 20 mins and was smelling like chlorine for the rest of the day after taking two showers and got headaches. The staff at the reception is nice.
